Fitness 4 Mind and Body is a new way of thinking about your health.  We offer much more than just fitness camps...rather a total fitness solution to help you live a more purpose-filled and healthy life.  In the world today, people have more and more responsibilities and many times are pushed to their limits physically and mentally. Unfortunately, we were not given a step-by-step handbook explaining how to manage this stress...and find balance in all that we do.  Even with a handbook, sometimes we need a little push or motivation to make things happen.   Fitness 4 Mind and Body trainers and fitness consultants want to be your motivator and help you become a more balanced, healthier individual.  It does not matter if this is the first time you have ever considered exercise or you are a professional athlete, we can help you. The programs we offer include fitness camps, personal training, consultations with our registered dietician and even life balance coaching.  We can even customize a complete wellness package with all your needs in mind for those interested.

 


Scott – Personal Trainer and Inspirational Speaker

Scott Goyette is a former collegiate basketball player, tri-athlete and all-around sports fanatic.  Today, Scott spends most of his time speaking on the topic Life Balance and Wellness both domestically and internationally.   Additionally, he is the author of "The MVP of Intuitive State" and "Speaking of Success". As an inspirational speaker, an accomplished author, and balance and wellness educator, he is committed to the emotional, physical, and intellectual development of every individual he works with. Scott lives in Austin with his wife Kim and beautiful daughter, Kayla.

Barton – Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist

Barton Bryan has been a Personal Trainer for more than 10 years and a competitive athlete his entire life. He has a Corrective Exercise Specialist Cert. which allows him to address issues related to past injuries and movement imbalances individuals may have. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Africa where he taught English and Physical Education, and he continues to lead non-profit trips to Africa in his spare time. Barton lives in Austin with his wife Valerie and his dog, Lagio.

Cynthia Lindquist has extensive personal training experience and is certified by both NASM and ACE.  She truly enjoys all aspects of working with her clients to better their health. With over fifteen years of training at fitness centers, Cynthia has found her newest passion in teaching fit camps.  Her clientele have come from all walks of life and she enjoys the diversity.  Aside from training, she is also an athlete herself...making time to lift weights and run whenever possible.

 

Claire - Personal Trainer

 

Claire Donohoe has always been an avid athlete, involved in soccer, track, and cross country for as long as she can remember.  Since working as a high school athletic trainer, she has become even more of a fitness buff, fascinated with how the human body works and how as a trainer she can help others become as healthy as possible.  Ultimately, Claire wants to be the motivator to help you find a healthier mind, body, and spirit.

Kristi Diaz is a fitness expert, sports nutrition specialist, and entrepeneur.  She truly has a thirst for knowledge, always incorporated the latest scientific studies as part of her training techniques.  With an extensive educational background in Sports Sciences and Nutrition, Kristi has consistently guided her clientele to accomplish and surpass their fitness goals.  Being a former NPC figure athlete and fitness model, Kristi has first-hand experience in the mental and physical task of toning and dieting her own body so she can undoubtedly help you as well.


Kim - Yoga Instructor and Exercise Specialist

Kim Goyette truly embraces the concept of balancing mind, body and spirit   Kim is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys running, cycling, and any outdoor activities.  Kim is our Yoga instructor and she is also an Ace certified group fitness instructor. Kim gets most of her exercise though taking care of her three year old daughter Kayla and her husband Scott.
