Fitness Camps

Fitness 4 Mind and Body Fit Camps are a step above the rest.  With most other fitness companies referring to their programs as Boot Camps, we call them Fit Camps.  After all, the goal of our sessions is to improve your fitness level indefinitely, and the term boot camp seems to imply an unsustainable, quick fix to healthy living. Our highly motivating one hour sessions are typically held outdoors, but when the seasons dictate otherwise we offer alternate indoor or sheltered locations.  Camp classes focus on strengthening of the core and engaging in very functional total body exercises.  Whether you are a beginner or a professional athlete, there are variations on every exercise to fit your ability level.  Throughout each program, we will help you tone up and strengthen while establishing benchmarks for your long term fitness goals. All trainers are very attentive and will offer very a very personalized experience. If you are willing to commit to our programs, we will commit 100% to you and we will guarantee results!  Some of the equipment used includes bungee cords (bands), dumbbells, medicine balls and more. Many of the exercises simply use your own body.  These exercises truly provide a total body workout and will produce maximum results for the amount of time spent working out.
