SPORTS CAMP 4 ADULTS

SPORTS CAMP 4 ADULTS is our newest Fit Camp.  This camp provides the perfect solution to getting in shape without stressing about... 
 
1. Needing to commit too much time to exercise!
2. Getting injured while trying to overdo it!
3. Being BORED with your workouts!
 
Let's face it, former high school and collegiate athletes are not excited about running on treadmills or chasing down a group of friends to play basketball or football.  Even when you do find a group to play a sport like softball, it seems like most of the time you just end up drinking beer before or after the games and getting more out of shape. That is why we are offering SPORTS CAMPS 4 ADULTS  Twice a week you will be able to take part in a well organized, safe but intense, coached workout (in a different sport each week).  The following sports will be offered:
 
Football (No Contact)
Basketball
Baseball
Boxing (No Contact)
Soccer
Swimming
WORKOUTS ARE COACHED BY FORMER COLLEGE ATHLETES AND MOST EQUIPMENT WILL PROVIDED. 
Even if you never played any of these sports before, but are wondering what goes on in practices at a college or professional level, you need to come to these camps.  There will be modifications made for all levels...just be ready to have fun and get in shape.
These camps are offered at Dick Nichols Park in Southwest Austin and will be offered in North Austin soon as well!

Let's face it, former high school and collegiate athletes are not excited about running on treadmills or having to chase down a group of friends to play pick-up basketball or football.  Exercise machines are boring and organizing group sports takes time.  Even when you do find a group to play a sport like softball fro instance, it seems like most of the time you just end up drinking beer before or after the games and getting more out of shape in the process. That is why we are offering SPORTS CAMPS 4 ADULTS  Twice a week you will be able to take part in a well organized, safe but intense, coached workout (in a different sport each week).  Additionally, we have our Saturday morning total body workout for sport campers as well.  The following sports and more will be offered:

  • Football (No Contact)

  • Basketball

  • Baseball

  • Boxing (No Contact)

  • Soccer

WORKOUTS ARE COACHED BY FORMER COLLEGE ATHLETES AND MOST EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED.
