Kim Goyette truly embraces the concept of balancing mind, body and spirit. In her home town of Austin, Texas, she is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys running, cycling and any outdoor activities. As an international teacher and student of yoga and co-owner of Fitness 4 Mind & Body, Kim leads her students in indoor and outdoor yoga experiences incorporating nature with Hatha, Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga practices. Her classes focus on the individual needs of each student, as she nurtures their development and personal growth.

Kim has her Masters in Exercise Science from Texas State University, has completed her 200-hour yoga certification and has studied and practiced meditation for the past seven years. She has been teaching corporate, private and public yoga classes and retreats for over five years. Her passion for bringing life balance to her students’ hectic world, drove her to develop programs for the community that provide tools for overall well-being.
Scott Goyette is a former collegiate basketball player, triathlete and all-around sports fanatic. Today, Scott spends most of his time speaking on the topics of “Life Balance and Wellness” to audiences everywhere. Additionally, he is the author of MVP of Intuitive State and Speaking of Success.

As co-owner of Fitness 4 Mind & Body, inspirational speaker, accomplished author, life coach and health and wellness educator, he is committed to the emotional, physical and intellectual development of every individual he trains and/or coaches. Scott truly embraces the diversity of his clients, while always stressing the importance of keeping a healthy mind, body and spirit.
